AI Terms of Use

Introduction

MSAT includes certain features powered by OpenAI’s ChatGPT (the “AI Feature”). By accessing or using any part of the AI Feature, you agree to the following terms, which are in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

Use of AI-Generated Content

The AI Feature generates text and responses automatically.
By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
• You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and confirming any information before relying on it.
• AI-generated outputs must not be considered professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).

User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the AI Feature to:
• Submit or generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• Create misleading information, impersonations, or content intended to deceive others.
• Upload sensitive personal data, including but not limited to health details, passwords, financial account numbers, or government-issued IDs.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.

Data Usage & Privacy

To provide AI-driven responses, certain user inputs may be transmitted to OpenAI’s servers.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• Inputs and outputs may be processed by OpenAI for operational purposes.
• We do not send or store any sensitive personal data intentionally.
• You should refrain from entering confidential or private information into the AI Feature.

Third-Party Providers

The AI Features are provided and processed by third-parties providers ("Third Party Providers"). The Inputs and Outputs may be retained temporarily by the Third-Party Provider as part of the operation of their service.

Currently MSAT uses artificial intelligence technology developed and provided by CHATGPT AI ("OpenAI"), however this may change or additional providers may be used. The OpenAI Terms of Service (available here) ("OpenAI Terms").

Limitations & Disclaimers

• The AI Feature is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, reliability, or availability of any AI-generated content.
• We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated output.

Restrictions

You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, extract, or attempt to obtain the underlying models.
• Use the AI Feature to develop competing AI models or services.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the AI Feature beyond permitted limits.

Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the AI Feature at any time, with or without notice.
We may also update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the AI Feature if:
• You violate these terms.
• Your usage poses security, performance, or legal risks.
• Required for compliance with OpenAI policies or applicable laws.
