Subscription Payment Terms
Subscription Term
By subscribing to the Service, the User agrees to a fixed minimum term of 12 months (“Initial Term”), commencing from the subscription activation date.
Commitment Period
The User is committed to the full 12-month term and may not cancel early without incurring early termination fees.
No refunds, credits, or proration will be issued for unused portions of the subscription within the 12-month period.
Renewal
Unless canceled in writing at least 30 days prior to the end of the Initial Term, the subscription will automatically renew for successive 12-month terms (“Renewal Terms”) under the then-current pricing.
Renewal terms are subject to the same terms unless otherwise notified in advance.
Cancellation and Termination
Users may cancel the subscription after the initial 12-month period without penalty by providing written notice 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Early termination during the Initial Term may incur a termination fee equal to the remaining balance of the subscription.
Billing and Payment
Payment for the full 12-month term may be:
- Paid upfront (annually)
- Paid under a 12-month contractual obligation
No Downgrade During Term
Plan downgrades are not permitted during the 12-month term.
Users may ask to modify their plan at any time, with fees adjusted accordingly.
Modifications
Pricing or service modifications will not affect current terms during the committed subscription period. Changes will apply only upon renewal.
