Tofrum Founders – Anurag and Ajit met in 2017 in Sydney, Australia. Over coffee, both discussed how cumbersome the fragmented excel spreadsheets and documents were and the need for a SaaS platform to simplify the management system. In addition, both subject matter experts (SME), from business and development backgrounds, respectively, understood the need for sophisticated management system platform for related processes.
QS2000 had been in the consulting business for over 25 years. Over the years, Anurag had identified client’s challenges and the need for relevant tools to automate the processes for efficient and effective management systems. The other advantage is the data sovereignty by keeping the data within the country using AWS region for hosting the platform and related data.
Tofrum was born in 2017. “Our purpose was to design and implement solutions that would make work simple, convenient, and easy for our clients as they focused on their core business,” shares Anurag. Anurag and Ajit identified gaps and possibilities while constantly interacting with their clients.
2020-21, as the “existing customers” onboarded, discussions, deliberations, and constant feedback resulted in a refined product that addressed their needs. In addition, the “new customers” got the advantage of speeding up their certification process using the SaaS platform instead of working on cumbersome spreadsheets.
” Being in the IT industry for more than 20 years, I firmly believe that our life is driven by technology, but what sets Tofrum apart is the human touch and the intent to provide simplified bespoke solutions,” shares Ajit.
